I began studying Biblical Hebrew and Koiné Greek in 2001-2002 as a way to decide the KJV/NIV debate.
There have been times I felt overwhelmed, but I prayerfully pressed on.
I have completed translating Matthew and Mark, but I may update the verbiage and footnotes. I've started, but not completed, Luke and Acts [by Luke the Physician]. I'm also working on the letters by Paul, Peter, John, James [Jacob], and the others.
I will upload these files as soon as possible after I finish them. Please email me at shanerenaldo5@gmail.com if something doesn't make sense... or feel free to let me know if I've clarified something that has previously confused you! That is why I persist in translating!

Compassion and service are at the heart of many spiritual traditions. By helping others and practicing empathy, we can deepen our own spiritual practice and make a positive impact in the world.
"This is how people will know you believe in Me, that you love one another."
-Jesus, John 13:35

Monotheism is the belief in one God or deity, while polytheism is the belief in multiple gods or deities. Many of the world's major religions, such as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, are monotheistic, while others, such as Hinduism and ancient Greek and Roman religions, are polytheistic.
As Christians, we are monotheistic. We believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, He is the same God who protected Joseph in Egypt. Eventually, He chose Moses to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Soon after, He gave Moses the Torah/ the Law that set the stage for Jesus to install His Father's Kingdom.

Almost every major religion [and many religions with fewer believers] has a sacred text. Reading those texts is vital to one's faith. As such, the Bible is central to Christianity.
Like other religions, the Bible is older than the English language, so we MUST translate it.
